Steamed kale with garlic

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic

DIRECTIONS

Clean kale leaves very well and cut them into pieces of 2 or 3 cm.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, and fry for 1 minute. Add the kale and cover.

Cook, stirring from time to time, until the kale is tender, from 5 to 7 minutes.
