- 125g of pork sirloin
- 150g of romanesco
- A medium size potato (150g)
- ¼ onion
- ½ pepper
- 20-30g of almond powder
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Salt
Cook the romanesco and potato for 30 min
Chop the sirloin and chop the onion and pepper
Put a little oil in a frying pan over low heat and add the onion and the pepper
When it begin to catch color, raise the heat and add the sirloin
Once all cooked, return the fire to low and add the potato and the romanesco sliced.
Sprinkle the ground almonds and add the curry (if necessary, add a little water so that the curry mixes well with the vegetables)
